For operators: pricing a liquid job

Linear-foot pricing only works if you measure. A worked example using our own arithmetic: a 1,800 sq ft single-story home with a 180-foot perimeter at $8/linear foot = $1,440, before any drilling of slab, patios or garage apron. Add drilling and patching as a separate line on the estimate, and state warranty/renewal terms in the service agreement. Many states add termite-specific record rules - Texas, for example, requires the unit of measurement of the treated area and barrier measurements with a diagram (4 TAC 7.144); see Texas licensing.

For operators: WDI inspections as a lead source

A $100-$200 real estate inspection is small money, but every clear letter is a homeowner who may need a treatment or bond later. Keep inspection findings structured so you can follow up - that is part of what we are building in WDI report capture.
